Yes, I’ve been away for a week… or more. Well let’s just say I’ve been researching a lot. This journey will have a whole new strategy in place. Yes, a strategy. More details on that in another post. To keep up with my commitment of two posts on this segment each month, I wanted to get this up. I’ve been experimenting because my appetite has been out of control. What did I do? Well, I went to the gym. We’ll save details on that for another post.
Lately, I had a sudden craving for avocados. I’m always exploring the wonderful world of avocados. So fatty and light, in my opinion. Here’s a super easy and high calorie meal or snack idea. Sometimes if I’m lazy this is my meal idea because it’s so fattening and filling.

Cheesy Avocado

2 Avocados = 480 Calories

8 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese = 160 Calories

8 Tbsp Three Cheese Blend = 160 Calories

Total Calories = 800 Calories

Alternative for 1,000+ Meal Option

3 Avocados = 720 Calories
10 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese = 200 Calories
10 Tbsp Three Cheese Blend = 200 Calories
Total Calories = 1,120 Calories
Directions: Cut each avocado in halves. Take each half of an avocado and cover with 2 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese and 2 Tbsp of Three Cheese Blend. Make sure the cheese is covering the green part of the avocado. Turn on oven to Broiler setting. Place avocados onto a pan that’s lined with foil for easy clean up. Place pan on top rack and allow avocados to sit until the cheese turn brown or melted. Remove from oven. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Voila! Enjoy.
