So I purchased this e-book from the Bodynomics website because I’m ready to get serious about gaining even more weight starting October. Ok, really I already started but I’m going hardcore in October. Anyway while gathering all necessary tools to get this fitness challenge started, I figured I should just go ahead and give this e-book a whirl.

It wasn’t at all what I expected. I don’t know why I thought it was going to be a book full of pages of fluff. Not at all. This book gives examples of meal plans that skinny girls can use immediately. And trust me, it’s straight forward. Now to be fair Buffie Carruth, the author, is not a nutritionist but her tips are solid. The only reason I know this is because I hired a trainer/nutritionist, and a lot of the information that I paid for from a licensed trainer and nutritionist go hand in hand with the information presented in this e-book.

If you’re on this weight gain journey and have trouble creating a meal plan, this book will provide several examples you can use. Remember, you don’t have to use the same food options but you can look at the strategy behind each meal plan.
Considering how cheap the book is, I think all skinny chicks that want to get started on gaining weight should definitely start with this book. It’s only $10 too. That’s a big plus! You don’t have to worry about trying to locate it at a store, you can easily access it at Bodynomics website in the shop section.
