To follow-up on my last post, here are my fitness goals I plan to accomplish with my fitness challenge. Oh and here’s a snapshot of my first two days of my challenge.

From Instagram

1. Weigh-in at 130lbs

2.  5 Regular Push-ups Straight

3. No Alcohol Consumption

4. Visible ABS

5. Lifting 20lbs Bicep Curls

5. Leg Press at 120lbs
