Initially I was focused on only gaining weight but I’m realizing how nutrition and mental health were missing components in my fitness journey. I’m fixing that now! What’s the point in reaching my fitness goal with an unhealthy body and unstable mind?!

I’m working my way up to a weekly regime but I’m exploring recipes at the moment. I subscribed to a juicing services so that I understand how to pair up my fruits and vegetables. Ingredients

8 Carrot Sticks

1 Large Sweet Potato

optional: Vanilla Hemp Seed Milk or Almond Milk

Prepare Ingredients

Wash vegetables thoroughly. Cut both ends off of carrots. Set aside. Peel any area that isn’t clean or needs to be removed. Peel sweet potato. Cut the potato vertically to fit into the juicer.
