If you flown JetBlue before, then you know just how yummy the blue chips are that they offer on flights. Frustrated for paying over $4 for a bag of that same brand of chips that’s filled with air, I decided to create my own darn blue chips. Oh and for some reason, the blue chips in the bag are extremely hard to find in my area. Arggh!
So if you haven’t noticed, my fitness journey is slowing turning into something different. Initially I was focused on only gaining weight but I’m realizing how nutrition and mental health were missing components in my fitness journey. I’m fixing that now! What’s the point in reaching my fitness goal with an unhealthy body and unstable mind?!
If you’re like me, and barely have time for anything especially fitness then these muffins should help you with meal planning. I truly believe the way to succeed at your fitness journey is planning ahead. Trust me, oh and here’s the proof in this link. I still struggle with consistency, but the best way to combat inconsistent behavior is planning and making things easy on myself.
