Woo hoo! It’s that time of year to try yet another new drugstore foundation. What I love about testing drugstore foundations is not spending all my money it. I had an interesting revelation when trying out this new L’Oreal Pro-Matte foundation as well as the Maybelline Poreless + Matte foundation. I’ll save that for later.

So I had to travel to different CVS locations and apparently all of them didn’t have shades darker than 108 Caramel Beige which is way too light.

Last month, I did some serious damage… on a budget. I thought I was able to escape my addiction of Bath and Body Works and yet here I am again. Under the spell of this company. It’s the emails, I swear. That’s how they get you. Anyway, now that I am addicted again, I’ll be sharing my favorites with you. Also, these videos are meant to give you an idea of what to get for the Semi-Annual Sale starting Dec.

Just when you thought all hope was gone.

By now, I’m praying that some of you didn’t fall into desperation mode and purchased the Lorac Mega Pro Palette by the overpriced Ebay resellers. As of right now, November 18th 2:37pm you can purchase your Lorac Mega Pro Palette on Amazon.

Words can not express the relief of FINALLY placing my order after days of stalking the Amazon listing.

If you’re a make up junkie like myself and was part of the craze this past weekend with the Sephora VIB Sale, then you are aware of the hunt taking place to find Bobbi Brown’s LE Highlight Powder in Bronze Glow from the Holiday Collection 2014. When I tell you this weekend I was mad as all get out, I was UPSET! So there were many items that were sold out on Sephora’s site during the sale,

As you already saw in my informational piece about this, you knew how excited I was about the arrival. If you follow me on my Instagram, then you saw when I hauled this item. Sorry it took so long but hey, better late than never. LOL! I hate when people say that.

Anyway, as expected, this palette was hard NOT to use once it arrived in my possession. At first I thought,

Whew! Boy have I been away working on everything but this blog. 🙂 Well lucky for you I’ve been holding out on reviews just waiting to be published. Be prepared for non-stop blog posts in the upcoming week. As you may already know, I’m a true foundation junkie and very particular about my stash. So when I caught wind of the new Lancome Nude Miracle Foundation with the beautiful Lupita as the the spokeswoman, I almost died.

As I mentioned in my First Impression post about the Maybelline Dream Wonder Fluid Touch, I wanted to test out how the fluid touch foundation and magic nude foundation compared to each other. So here it is along with some pictures and a YouTube video.

What I noticed about both products is that my initial application came off kinda ashy. But it eventually blends in with the skin.  The ashy look comes from the sunscreen within both foundations.

As I was browsing last month at my local Rite Aid, to my surprise I saw this beautiful display of glossy goodness. To be sure I got colors I would wear often, I only picked up two colors. I’ve been wearing these two gloss crayons and I am in love with them. Although very glossy the color shows up very well. Check out the swatches below!

I went back the very next week to CVS to check if the Milani section has been updated. Thankfully it was because that particular week there was BOGO 50% off sale. And of course I racked up on the colors left. After playing around with these from what I can tell, you will experience fall out. It’s not too bad that it would cause me to stop using the products. Also, I’m not as crazy about the Matte eyeshadows as I am about the Metallic and Shimmer colors.
