If you flown JetBlue before, then you know just how yummy the blue chips are that they offer on flights. Frustrated for paying over $4 for a bag of that same brand of chips that’s filled with air, I decided to create my own darn blue chips. Oh and for some reason, the blue chips in the bag are extremely hard to find in my area. Arggh!
So if you haven’t noticed, my fitness journey is slowing turning into something different. Initially I was focused on only gaining weight but I’m realizing how nutrition and mental health were missing components in my fitness journey. I’m fixing that now! What’s the point in reaching my fitness goal with an unhealthy body and unstable mind?!
If you’re like me, and barely have time for anything especially fitness then these muffins should help you with meal planning. I truly believe the way to succeed at your fitness journey is planning ahead. Trust me, oh and here’s the proof in this link. I still struggle with consistency, but the best way to combat inconsistent behavior is planning and making things easy on myself.

Yes, I’ve been away for a week… or more. Well let’s just say I’ve been researching a lot. This journey will have a whole new strategy in place. Yes, a strategy. More details on that in another post. To keep up with my commitment of two posts on this segment each month, I wanted to get this up. I’ve been experimenting because my appetite has been out of control. What did I do?

Here’s a new segment I’ll try and stay consistent with this year. As I mentioned in my videos, all of you who are reading my weight gain posts are my accountability partners. These posts help keep me going on this weight gain journey. I will start off by posting these segments every other week.
Instead of posting pictures on Instagram of what I’m eating or drinking, it may be helpful to share ideas of what I’m eating at a high calorie count.
I had to share what I’ve been loving lately. I always thought that the tuna option would be a waste to start including in my lunch routine. However when visiting my local grocery store two weekends ago, I discovered one packet that had the highest amount of calories. Lo and behold, we have the StarKist Tuna in Sunflower Oil.
Although I’m not the biggest fan of packaged foods and try to eat them at a minimal on a daily basis;
So I have been on and off track the past month and can’t seem to keep it on the straight and narrow. (sighs) Well in the midst of my inconsistent behavior, I’ve been using the same ideas in the morning to try and get in high calories.
