In case you missed it, I recorded a video pretty much expressing why so many women want to gain weight. The overall response has been positive because soooo many women can identify with what I went through. Listen, I know many larger women may still feel skinny women have an advantage, and I would challenge that argument. People who sit in the middle have the highest advantage not the underweight or overweight. Anyway enjoy the video below and share your thoughts in the comment section.
For the past month I’ve been testing out, Hemp Seed Milk. If you’ve been following me for a while, then you’re aware of my love for testing new food items because I can get bored easily with the same old same old. Plus I’m always on the hunt for a healthy alternative with plenty of calories and great taste. Well I think I found my staple milk alternative. Hemp Seed Milk.
Before trying out this milk I’ve been adding Hemp Seeds to my smoothie and salad and I love the taste.

Here’s the very late recap for Week #2! This past weekend I usually keep sacred as my “cheat days”. Cheat Days = Give myself permission to eat any kind of way without judgment. I hardly ever take advantage of the cheat days but I still keep them in place to be sure I stay on track five days a week. At this point I’ve trained myself (and my taste buds) to enjoy real foods.

So as you all may have read from my series (Confessions 1,2,3), things went down the very wrong path. As angry as I was while going through this during the week, I look back now not so angry. Hey, the time has passed and I can no longer go back. At this point we can move forward to Week #2 and continue to gain weight.
