VIP Family: The video I mentioned in yesterday’s email will be up later tonight. I’m rusty on editing quickly.

1. Looking for Overnight Weight Gain – Listen, nothing good comes too easy. I’m learning that more and more. In order to gain solid weight that stays on, you have to change your lifestyle. This challenge was really reserved for myself, just like my previous challenges I’ve been discussing on my blog or social media. But now that I’m back in the swing of things, I figured it would be good to include everyone else. I’m very careful about that because y’all remember how I failed at my first challenge? LOL!

Based off of the inbox messages, comments, and emails it’s safe to say that everyone is getting themselves ready to gain this weight or up their fitness game.

Disclaimer: These are things that helped me on my fitness journey, what a nutritionist shared with me, and what I researched. Please seek the advice of a professional before starting any new regimen.

So… yeah..

October 2014

October started out great as you can tell from posts on my social media profiles. It ended… at 113lbs. LOL! Literally the last week of October is when I lost two pounds. I know why.

Did I vlog it? Yep I have about 29 to 31 days of footage so you can see it all. I’m just trying to find the time to actually edit it to my liking.
