As I celebrate Thanksgiving and reflect on what I’ve done this year, I started thinking about how I reached major milestones in my fitness journey and gaining weight. Although I didn’t hit 130lbs, I hit 126 – 127lbs and with major curves. At this point in my journey, I know how to control the weight. If I “want” to gain extra weight I know the exact formula for my body to get the exact body that I desire.

If you flown JetBlue before, then you know just how yummy the blue chips are that they offer on flights. Frustrated for paying over $4 for a bag of that same brand of chips that’s filled with air, I decided to create my own darn blue chips. Oh and for some reason, the blue chips in the bag are extremely hard to find in my area. Arggh!

In case you missed it, I recorded a video pretty much expressing why so many women want to gain weight. The overall response has been positive because soooo many women can identify with what I went through. Listen, I know many larger women may still feel skinny women have an advantage, and I would challenge that argument.
