I honestly didn’t think that I would make a “comeback” on this blog. Why? Well, I honestly felt like my new ideas and thought processes would not work well on the current platform. For years, yes years, I wrote down lists of ideas for the blog and YouTube channel. I even thought about creating a separate website and let this one go however, the ideas I have are worthy of this blog.
I’m still very much interested in health and nutrition. Now that we’re under the quarantine, exercise has been important for me too. Lastly, emotional and mental health are higher priorities. Sometimes these fitness websites and youtube channels focus so much on reaching the ideal size and neglect to address emotional and mental health that might lead to people wanting the perfect look. My goal is to really address the emotional and mental aspects of wellness. The “Why” behind your goal weight is where you really get to the root of it all.
Wait but what about the weight gain posts? Listen, I’ll continue to share because my weight ebbs and flows. Maintaining or regaining my weight is all a part of it. However, I probably won’t let weight gain be the only thing I focus on.
Why? Because there’s so much more to life than trying to stick to this idealized size and body. Honestly, when I started to love the way I looked, that’s when my body transformed into this perfect hourglass shape.
